Caliber, with a pre-money valuation of $130 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest through Reg A+ crowdfunding. The company provides residential, commercial, and hospitality real estate investments to individuals. It uses a vertically-integrated business model of acquisition, development, construction, asset management, and disposition. Caliber was founded by Chris Loeffler and Jennifer Schrader and has raised more than $13.5. million in previous rounds of financing. The proceeds of the current round of funding, with a minimum goal of $1,000,000 and a maximum goal of $50,000,000, will be used for debt reduction, infrastructure enhancements, the redemption of Class A stock held by executive management, and investing in Caliber sponsored funds and RE strategies. Caliber is currently managing over $440 million in assets under management and $550 million in assets under development.
