The business is developing best-in-class digital, psychedelic-orientated, customer journeys and patient protocols.

We were inspired to start the company after seeing the positive impact that ketamine therapy had on their own lives. Once you understand the history, the passion of those involved, and the body of clinical research already in existence and in progress, it’s difficult not to be compelled by the radical, positive impact these medicines can provide now and in the future.

Ketamine therapy is a rapidly growing field with the potential to revolutionize the way we treat mental illness. It works by blocking NMDA receptors in the brain, which leads to several therapeutic effects, including reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. It also demonstrates positive effects on BDNF creation in the brain, which, among other mechanisms, helps create an environment of positivity and the ability to adapt positive changes into an individual’s life.

Ketamine therapy for mental illness is still in its early stages of development and is not yet FDA-approved. However, it is legal to use ketamine off-label for the treatment of mental illness. A growing body of evidence demonstrates positive outcomes for KAT ( Ketamine Assisted Therapy). Choose Your Horizon grew our revenue 10x YoY in 2023. We are currently serving 20 states across the US and plan to be nationwide by the end of 2024. We have been working on and plan to be enrolled as an in-network service offering with our first cohort of 3 insurance providers covering 5-10 states. The company also plans to expand its team and raise additional funding.
