Super Belly Ferments

Super Belly Ferments, a probiotic food products company in Bend, OR, is raising funds on SMBX. The company makes easily accessible fermented food, including salad dressings and probiotic drinks. The product line of Super Belly Ferments is clean and does not contain any sugar, gluten, soy, dairy, or egg. Sarah Frost-McKee and Paul Trendler founded Super Belly Ferments in October 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $25,000 and a maximum goal of $40,000. The funds will be used towards raw materials, sales support, promotions and marketing, and expansion of the product base throughout Northern California and the Rocky Mountain region. Super Belly Ferments also plans to grow through new grocery chain rollouts.

 

The Blue Marlin Bistro

The Blue Marlin Bistro, an upcoming Caribbean restaurant in Atlanta, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant aims to bring exotic international flavors to Atlanta while being family-friendly and catering to all palates. It will provide an amazing experience and five-star restaurant customer service. Quinn Bartlett founded The Blue Marlin Bistro in June 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $100,000, will be used to open the restaurant and hire employees. The Blue Marlin Bistro will have a physical location and also service through popups at local events and festivals.

 

MetroNOME Brewery

MetroNOME Brewery, an upcoming brewery in St. Paul, MN, is raising funds on MainVest. The brewery will combine taproom experience with music education for underprivileged youth. It will provide musical instruments, music lessons, and education in its creative music space, which is in the same premises as its gorgeous taproom. Matt Engstrom and Bill Eddins founded MetroNOME Brewery in October 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $75,000 and a maximum raise of $125,000. The proceeds will target space buildout, renovations, equipment, and operating capital to open. MetroNOME Brewery will sell its craft brew through its taproom, off-site sales, and local restaurant distribution. It aims to target a very specific market, including but not limited to musicians, music teachers, parents of music students, concert attendees, and workers at local performance venues.

 

Swopblock

Swopblock, with a $3.5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform to decentralize trading between all cryptocurrencies securely. It is the first autonomous crypto trading network to enter the bitcoin and ethereum markets. Jeff Hilde founded Swopblock in March 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will target marketing, software development, app design, crypto testing, and other expenses. Swopblock allows users to trade crypto without surrendering them to third parties. Any crypto can adapt and join the Swopblock network.

 

Arum Health

Arum Health, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The digital healthcare company has developed software solutions that bring hospital attributes to managed care facilities. The app suite of Arum Health allows medical practitioners to communicate, comprehend, and collaborate among themselves and with the patients’ families. Maximo Galindo founded Arum Health in December 2016. The current crowdfunding round of the company has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $700,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards sales, marketing, tech developer staff, and other expenses. Arum Health’s Adherence apps have already been used by more than 2,000 patients and more than 80 med assistants at facilities.

 

FuelGems

FuelGems, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a fuel additive that improves the cleanliness and performance of diesel, gasoline, and biofuel. The additives of FuelGems are highly effective and affordable and generate up to 1,000% ROI for users. Kirill Gichunts founded FuelGems in March 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $9,998.04 and a maximum target of $3,929,995.32. The funds will be used for laboratory and hardware, primary payroll, lean marketing, and manufacturing facility. FuelGems has a client pipeline of multi-billion companies, including BP, Suncor Energy, and Marubeni. The additive is expected to revolutionize the fuel industry by decreasing emissions, increasing lubrication, and saving fuel.

 

Scooterson

Scooterson, with a $19 million valuation cap, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has created a line of energy-efficient, intelligent, and easy-to-use scooters that can be controlled entirely from smartphones. The scooters are manufactured using the highest quality materials, components, and standards. Mihnea de Vries and Deepansh Jain founded Scooterson in 2016 and have raised more than $3.2 million in previous rounds of financing. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $145,000, and the proceeds will be used towards production costs, product launch campaigns, and marketing expenses. Scooterson has five patents granted and three patents pending. It has reported B2C and B2B pre-sales worth more than $1 million.

 

Simply Sonoma

Simply Sonoma, with a pre-money valuation of $20 million, is raising crowdfunding on Title3Funds. The company makes plant-based therapeutics using organically grown plants. The products are grown on organic-equivalent farms and replace chemicals as supplements for inflammation, sleep aid, and probiotics. Margaret C. Caracciolo founded Simply Sonoma in December 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $5,000,000, and the funds will be used for growth and expansion. Simply Sonoma makes healthy medicinals and beauty products for environmentally-conscious consumers and has strategic partnerships with like-minded companies.

 

Enosi Life Sciences

Enosi Life Sciences, with a pre-money valuation of $25.1 million, is raising funds on Title3Funds. It is a drug research and development company focused on creating therapeutics for autoimmune diseases and cancer. The company aims to discover less toxic and more effective treatments that attack only the diseased cells and not the healthy ones. Dr. Jim Woody, Dr. Michael Shepard, and Sir Marc Feldmann founded Enosi Life Sciences in January 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used to carry out the laboratory proof of concept studies and perform the clinical trials. Enosi Life Sciences is combining the discovery technologies used in cancer treatments and autoimmune disease treatments to create new therapies.

 

Carter’s BBQ

Carter’s BBQ, a BBQ restaurant in Ohio, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The restaurant serves dry-rubbed, low, and slow BBQ with a Cleveland twist. The offerings include smoked meats like ribs, shoulder, brisket, and chicken with hearty sides. Darren W. Carter and Theresa M. Carter founded Carter’s BBQ in June 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $40,000. The funds will be used towards a BBQ trailer, a generator, a trailer wrap, a custom smoker, and miscellaneous equipment. Carter’s BBQ usually sells out its popup dinners and won people’s choice for the 2019 Rib Cook-Off in the city.

 

Eastcoasterdam Gardens

Eastcoasterdam Gardens, a legal cannabis grower in Winchendon, MA, is raising funds on MainVest. The company deals in the cultivation and extraction of cannabis to bring high-quality artisanal cannabis flower and solvent-less products to the adult-use market. Wendell Orphe and Joseph Lupo founded Eastcoasterdam Gardens in November 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a maximum goal of $250,000, will be used to construct and launch the cultivation facility and brand. Eastcoasterdam Gardens is led by a passionate team with more than 40 years of cannabis experience in different areas of the industry. The company aims to grow with an aggressive growth strategy and multiple revenue streams.

 

Mycroft AI

Mycroft AI, with a pre-money valuation of $38 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a privacy-respecting voice assistant platform that includes software, servers, and a marketplace for third-party applications. It has designed, tested, and entered production with its second-generation smart speaker, Mark II. Michael Lewis, Joshua Montgomery, and Kris Adair founded Mycroft AI in February 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.40 and a maximum raise of $4,999,999.20, and the funds will be used for the production, sales, and marketing of Mark II. Mycroft AI already has $1 million in pre-orders for the Mark II device and is beta testing with its development kits.

 

Stomp Technique

Stomp Technique, with a pre-money valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company has designed the STOMP Technique Awareness Mat that teaches individuals total awareness while giving them a full-body workout. The mat is biodegradable, eco-friendly, gentle on the skin, and sustainably made with natural rubber. Daniel Diaz founded Stomp Technique in May 2018. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000, will target advertising and inventory. Stomp Technique mat helps users focus on speed, agility, equilibrium, core, and center of gravity, while staying centered and improving their reflexes.

 

Game Over Bar and Arcade

Game Over Bar and Arcade, a gaming arcade in Wilmington, NC, is raising funds on MainVest. The company is creating a bar and arcade space for families during the day and a bar and entertainment space for adults in the evening. The target market includes tourists, families, millennials, and young adults. Dominic Pirozzolo and Brittany Pirozzolo founded Game Over Bar and Arcade in June 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $75,000 and a maximum raise of $107,000, will be used towards bar buildout, kitchen buildout, and arcade games. Game Over Bar and Arcade will offer games like Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Centipede, and Space Invaders and will be located at one of the busiest corners in the downtown area.

 

Fintech.TV

Fintech.TV, with a pre-money valuation of $120 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The company has created a global media organization to connect members of the next generation and amplify their opinions and concerns. The platform helps the youth create sustainable products across financial and tech industries. Kavita Gupta, Vince Molinari, and Troy McGuire founded Fintech.TV in September 2019. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $100,003 and a maximum target of $1,069,998. The funds will be used towards infrastructure build, marketing, international expansion, broadcasting partners, and acquisitions/joint ventures. Fintech.TV produces two signature shows focused on digital assets and impact investment. The shows reach 850 million households with 8 million online viewers weekly.

 

Prepps

Prepps, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a recruitment system that allows colleges to reach and recruit students digitally. The platform allows colleges to search students by career interest and connect with them directly. Christian Dupervil and Derek Cromwell founded Prepps in February 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $60,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used for marketing, hiring a full-time salesperson, and improved software. Prepps helps elite colleges diversify by reaching low-income communities. It helps more students apply to elite institutions and reduces advertising spend for colleges.

 

Mangled Mascots

Mangled Mascots, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The company makes officially licensed collegiate plush dog toys to bring dog moms and dog dads to their pet teammates. The pet toy brand encourages pet parents to include their pets in their competitive team moments. Keith Gober founded Mangled Mascots in October 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,000,000. The funds will be used towards marketing, staffing, product development, salary, influencer relationships, and inventory. Mangled Mascots has secured licenses from 24 colleges and universities and has also contracted with Walmart to sell its products.

 

Kiddie

Kiddie, an online telemedicine company, is raising crowdfunding on FundMe. The company aims to provide pediatric healthcare, prescriptions, and other products through its ready-to-launch app, KiddieRX. The app will send alerts about unfulfilled prescriptions, send notifications to remind patients, and offer a prescription delivery service. Lee Lefkowitz and Diane Israel founded Kiddie in August 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used for application development, marketing expenses, and general working capital. Kiddie is catering to a huge pediatric telemedicine market and offering a full range of telemedicine services at an ultra-competitive price.

 

Bocadillo Market

Bocadillo Market, a restaurant in Chicago, IL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant runs an open kitchen with counter service and serves bocadillos, tapas, and family-style dinners. The business also aims to build a diverse community of keepers, tasters, and givers. Chef James Martin founded Bocadillo Market in February 2020. The styles suit all body shapes and help to unblock pain and re-energize the body. Robert Peebler and Bonnie Crotzer founded Ghost Flower in June 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $400,000. The funds will be used for producing the Fall collection, design fees for retail space, marketing, working capital, and conceptual design architecture. Ghost Flower started 2021 with a roar, with revenues doubling through the end of June 2021. The brand has been featured in Vanity Fair, Vogue, Shape, Goop, and Cut and received high customer satisfaction.

 

YEP

YEP, with a pre-money valuation of $9.03 million, is raising funds on NetCapital. The health and wellness company features micelle nano technology and is launching a portfolio of exclusive CBD human and pet products under the name Utopix and CBDBrainIQ. The company has also launched FLUX Drinkables, a CBD water delivery system. Jimmy Ezzell and Christopher Floyd founded YEP in October 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,069,999, and the proceeds will be used for IT development, marketing and advertising, CBD-related investments, and inventory. YEP has multiple domestic CBD wholesale partnerships and CBD distribution partnerships in Thailand and Japan.

 

GameIQ

GameIQ, with a pre-money valuation of $12.4 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a platform that gamifies shopping. The platform, Spindy, drives sales for businesses, generates savings for consumers, and creates profits for the company from every transaction. Balazs Wellisch founded GameIQ in October 2014. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,069,998.75, will be used for growth and expansion. GameIQ can gamify all transactions and aims to disrupt the loyalty program market. Spindy’s gamification engine uses variable rewards that engage consumers and drive sales in a cost-effective way.

 

Joanna’s Premium Tonic Syrups

Joanna’s Premium Tonic Syrups, the maker of organic tonic syrups in Iowa City, IA, is raising funds on MainVest. The company makes tonic syrups in two flavors, including Joanna’s Original and Orange Fennel. The tonic syrups are produced in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and pair well with practically any spirit. Joanna Mouming founded Joanna’s Premium Tonic Syrups in April 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $40,000 and a maximum target of $60,000, and the funds will be used to expand production capabilities by moving to a co-packer. Joanna’s Premium Tonic Syrups showcases its products at farmers’ markets and also sells through popups at different locations.

 

Tradesman Brewing

Tradesman Brewing, a brewery in North Charleston, SC, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The brewery opened as the first brewery for the Charleston community and has opened a new facility on King Street. It sells draft and canned beer all over the state and is a part of some of the best beer lists in South Carolina. Scott and Sara Gayle McConnell founded Tradesman Brewing in July 2013. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $200,000 and a maximum raise of $249,000, will be used for reconsolidating debt and growth. Tradesman Brewing has a production potential of 320 barrels per month and more than 4,000 monthly transactions at its tasting room.

 

Pupster Bakery

Pupster Bakery, a bakery in New York, NY, is raising funds on MainVest. The bakery uses human-grade ingredients to make baked goods without any additives, preservatives, and artificial flavors. Also, any recipe of the bakery can be modified to meet the needs of dogs and cats. John Ellett founded Pupster Bakery in July 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum target of $40,000 and a maximum target of $125,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards kitchen equipment, kitchen expansion, retail expansion and renovation, and bakery case and equipment. Pupster Bakery hand picks all its ingredients from farmers’ markets and bakes its treats in small batches.

 

dexFreight

dexFreight, with a pre-money valuation of $30.1 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a market network for freight companies to handle shipments from booking to payment using smart contracts. The platform connects freight brokers, carriers, shippers, and other members of the supply chain. Jim Handoush, Rajat Rajbhandari, Hector Hernandez, Adrian Giannini, and Ricardo Escobar founded dexFreight in October 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.60 and a maximum raise of $1,069,992.30. The funds will be used towards dexTour release, development of the MVP of logistics protocol testnet, and expansion to Latin America. dexFreight has more than 2,700 companies in its network and has posted 17 million shipments in 2021.

 

Centric Wear

Centric Wear, with a pre-money valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes functional sportswear using high-performance proprietary fabrics. It is revolutionizing the fitness apparel industry with its tailored form and function. Ryan Hoang and Winny Budiman founded Centric Wear in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000. The funds will be used to increase brand awareness, reach more customers, build a strong community, advertise, and expand the product line. Centric Wear focuses on color psychology and uses color to enhance the overall fitness experience.

 

Zoe Immersive

Zoe Immersive, with a pre-money valuation of $12.6 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The software company has launched a remote learning solution and marketplace, Zoe. The platform allows users to create and share interactive and immersive 3D learning experiences. Emilie Joly, Maria Beltran, and Sylvian Joly founded Zoe Immersive in July 2015. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $9,999.99 and a maximum raise of $1,069,998.86, will be used to add more valuable content items to the platform and grow. Zoe Immersive is addressing the huge and growing edtech market and leverages 3D technologies.

 

TransCrypts

TransCrypts, with a valuation cap of $8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform that uses blockchain to help human resource departments issue employment and income verification documents. The platform works on a monthly basis and creates blockchain-based employment and income verification forms. Zain Zaidi and Ali Zaheer founded TransCrypts in September 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, will be used to ramp up marketing and sales, get the SOC 2 security certification, and develop new features. TransCrypts is currently beta testing with more than 30 companies, including Zoom and Spirit Airlines. It has recorded a 40% month-over-month user growth since the beta launch in January 2021.

 

BMORE ICE

BMORE ICE, an ice shop in Middle River, MD, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The shop sells 32 different flavors of ice treats in six sizes and with multiple toppings choices. The business plans to take its little snowball shop mobile by purchasing a truck. Jennifer Nicholas founded BMORE ICE in May 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $35,000. The funds will be used to purchase a truck, freezers, flavors, bottles, cups, spoons, and supplies. BMORE ICE’s most popular flavor is the old-fashioned custard, and the second most popular is the peanut butter strawberry marshmallow.

 

Fair Winds Capital Investments

Fair Winds Capital Investments, a real estate company, is raising funds on Silicon Prairie Online. The company owns hundreds of apartments across Hampton Roads to provide affordable housing to residents and quality returns to investors. Navy veterans founded Fair Winds Capital Investments in March 2021. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $500,000 and a maximum raise of $30,000,000, and the funds will be used to buy and operate apartment communities. Fair Winds Capital Investments makes value-add apartment community acquisitions by acquiring undervalued properties and increasing the cash flow,  and forcing appreciation.
