The funds will be used towards raw materials, sales support, promotions and marketing, and expansion of the product base throughout Northern California and the Rocky Mountain region. The Blue Marlin Bistro

The Blue Marlin Bistro, an upcoming Caribbean restaurant in Atlanta, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The restaurant aims to bring exotic international flavors to Atlanta while being family-friendly and catering to all palates. It will provide an amazing experience and five-star restaurant customer service. Quinn Bartlett founded The Blue Marlin Bistro in June 2021. Swopblock, with a $3.5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform to decentralize trading between all cryptocurrencies securely. It is the first autonomous crypto trading network to enter the bitcoin and ethereum markets. Jeff Hilde founded Swopblock in March 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $50,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, will target marketing, software development, app design, crypto testing, and other expenses. Swopblock allows users to trade crypto without surrendering them to third parties. Any crypto can adapt and join the Swopblock network.

 

Arum Health

Arum Health, with a valuation cap of $5 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. The digital healthcare company has developed software solutions that bring hospital attributes to managed care facilities. The app suite of Arum Health allows medical practitioners to communicate, comprehend, and collaborate among themselves and with the patients’ families. Simply Sonoma

The products are grown on organic-equivalent farms and replace chemicals as supplements for inflammation, sleep aid, and probiotics. Margaret C. Caracciolo founded Simply Sonoma in December 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $5,000,000, and the funds will be used for growth and expansion. Simply Sonoma makes healthy medicinals and beauty products for environmentally-conscious consumers and has strategic partnerships with like-minded companies.

 

Enosi Life Sciences

Enosi Life Sciences, with a pre-money valuation of $25.1 million, is raising funds on Title3Funds. It is a drug research and development company focused on creating therapeutics for autoimmune diseases and cancer. The company aims to discover less toxic and more effective treatments that attack only the diseased cells and not the healthy ones. Dr. Jim Woody, Dr. Michael Shepard, and Sir Marc Feldmann founded Enosi Life Sciences in January 2020. Mycroft AI

Mycroft AI, with a pre-money valuation of $38 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed a privacy-respecting voice assistant platform that includes software, servers, and a marketplace for third-party applications. It has designed, tested, and entered production with its second-generation smart speaker, Mark II. Michael Lewis, Joshua Montgomery, and Kris Adair founded Mycroft AI in February 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $9,999.40 and a maximum raise of $4,999,999.20, and the funds will be used for the production, sales, and marketing of Mark II. The platform helps the youth create sustainable products across financial and tech industries. Kavita Gupta, Vince Molinari, and Troy McGuire founded Fintech.TV in September 2019. YEP has multiple domestic CBD wholesale partnerships and CBD distribution partnerships in Thailand and Japan.

The platform, Spindy, drives sales for businesses, generates savings for consumers, and creates profits for the company from every transaction. Balazs Wellisch founded GameIQ in October 2014. Joanna’s Premium Tonic Syrups
