The funds will be used for campaign marketing, general marketing, research and development, product inventory, and general working capital. Kobrelms holds two registered trademarks and has signed 13 social media influencers since its inception. The social media followers of Kobrelms have grown by 439% from April to July 2020.

 

Debellation Brewing Co.

Debellation Brewing Co., an upcoming brewery in Richmond Hill, GA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. It is going to be the first craft beer brewery in the city of Richmond Hill, offering new styles and flavors of the beer. The brewery will make twelve unique flavors of premium craft beer using high-quality raw material. David Goodell founded Debellation Brewing Co. Ola Brew

Ola Brew, with a $19.5 million pre-money valuation, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company makes world-class Hawaiian beverages, including beers, hard ciders, and hard seltzers. Ola Brew focuses on ethical sourcing of raw material from Hawaiian farmers and increases their demand by providing a market for their crops. Brett Jacobson and Naehalani Breeland founded Ola Brew in December 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign of the company has a minimum target of $9,999 and a maximum target of $534,998.25. The funds will be used to continue growing in the seltzer market and pushing the products to new regions and more people. Ola Brew generates revenue through direct draft sales, taproom sales, and distributor sales.

 

Contiq

Contiq, with a $9 million pre-money valuation, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has developed an artificial intelligence-powered buyer intelligence platform that helps sellers win deals faster. The platform analyzes data to recommend the most effective content for deals and provides a superior and hyper-personalized customer engagement experience. Contiq was founded by Arun Lal and Rahul Kapoor in 2016. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000, will be used for sales, marketing, and product development. Contiq works on a SaaS subscription business model and has already closed deals with Deloitte and VMware. Illuminate Labs

HILOS

MF Fire

MF Fire, with a pre-money valuation of $12.7 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company makes smart wood burning technology products that help in transforming wood energy into clean energy. MF Fire’s smart wood stove is 90% efficient, much cleaner than traditional wood stoves, and provides 50% cost savings on fuel costs. Paul LaPorte, Ryan Fisher, and Dr Taylor Myers founded MF Fire in 2014. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $9,999.25 and a maximum goal of $1,069,999.10. It is an early-stage high-tech company that uses computer vision for surveillance. The platform detects if people are or aren’t wearing masks, how far apart they are, and if they are feverish. Cloudastructure is giving businesses the power to reopen safely. The company was founded by Rick Bentley in 2003.
