Hempitecture, with a valuation of $22.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building a US manufacturing facility for HempWool insulation. HempWool is a sustainable insulation product that’s not toxic or bad for the environment. Hempitecture has more than 250 customers and has generated more than $1 million in total revenue. The company has federal partnerships with the US Department of Energy and the Building Technologies Office. Matthew Mead and Tommy Gibbons founded Hempitecture in 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $1,000,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to ensure full commissioning of the manufacturing line and begin aggressive marketing.

 

EvonSys

EvonSys, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company uses its low-code platforms to digitize and automate enterprise businesses. EvonSys helps in creating a happy customer experience with its subject matter expertise, innovative solutions, and quality-conscious digital transformation implementation strategies. The company reported two-times revenue growth in 2021 with more projects in the pipeline. Arun MS, Nish Fonseka, and Punna Paramasivan founded EvonSys in 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for hiring sales employees, expanding sales infrastructure, and expanding marketing infrastructure.

 

GroGuru

GroGuru, with a valuation of $14.7 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is helping farmers by using sustainable ways to increase crop yield and reduce the consumption of water and other resources. GroGuru implements strategic irrigation management and uses soil sensors to measure soil salinity, temperature, and moisture. Kapalya

Kapalya, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company helps organizations to detect, prevent, and remediate ransomware in real-time using AI and machine learning. The technology encrypts files and folders both at rest and in transit and enables end-to-end encrypted file sharing. Kapalya has won a grant from the National Science Foundation and is entitled to be the sole seller to federal, state, and local governments. Sudesh Kumar founded Kapalya in April 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to start customer trials with the second-generation product.

 

Legal Equalizer

Legal Equalizer, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed an app that makes encounters with law enforcement safer for everybody. The technology is presently focused on detecting and treating brain cancer and includes scintillating nanoparticles, cancer biomarkers, and cancer inhibitors. Global Cancer Technology is working with world-renowned scientists of the Barrow Neurological Institute, Baylor Scott & White Hospital, and University of California San Diego. John P. Tamarack Aerospace Group

Tamarack Aerospace Group, with a valuation of $136 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has created its groundbreaking SMARTWING technology to revolutionize the aviation industry. The technology helps in maximizing flight, increasing aircraft efficiency, and decreasing carbon dioxide emissions. Tamarack Aerospace Group’s SMARTWING technology has already been implemented in 150 CitationJets and is undergoing testing for military and civilian use. V Soul

V Soul is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a soul food restaurant located in Winder, GA. The restaurant offers delicious soul food in a family-friendly environment. The offerings of V Soul include Turkey Wings, Oxtails, Fried Chicken, Catfish, Collard Greens, Cabbage, and Cornbread. V Soul already has a loyal customer base and won the ‘Best in Georgia’ award after only five months of operations. Shay Reed and Derrick Ussery founded V Soul in May 2021. Arboretum Trail Brewing Company

Arboretum Trail Brewing Company is raising funds on Honeycomb. The production-only brewery is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and produces beer that is sold throughout Pittsburgh in cans and kegs. The beer of Arboretum Trail Brewing Company is focused on hop-forward styles and has a wide range of diversity. QuantmRE

QuantmRE, with a valuation of $10 million, is raising funds on Republic. The real estate finance platform allows homeowners to access their home equity and get cash from it without any interest, monthly payments, or added debt. QuantmRE originates and funds a Home Equity Agreement, which is an equity-based solution and not a reverse mortgage, loan, or line of credit. Grow Space Orange

Grow Space Orange is raising funds on Rialto Markets. The company is based in Massachusetts and provides turnkey greenhouse solutions to licensed cannabis cultivators. The solutions of Grow Space Orange help cultivators in maximizing production and minimizing operating costs. Grow Space Orange works on a hybrid REIT-cultivation model and generates REIT-like returns for investors. Robert Wolf founded Grow Space Orange in June 2021. Morty’s Bark and Brew also offers locally brewed beer, seasonal microbrews, food, holistic dog education, and dog treats. Air Gustafson founded Morty’s Bark and Brew in May 2020. Voosh Technologies

Voosh Technologies, with a valuation of $19 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company uses its patented technology to optimize the performance settings of PCs to unlock their maximum performance capacity. The cloud-based app of Voosh Technologies evaluates the computers automatically every few hours and adjusts their settings for high-level performance. Voosh Technologies works on a recurring revenue model and plans to grow its revenue exponentially. Kevin Cornell founded Voosh Technologies in January 2019. Rellevate

Rellevate, with a valuation of $13.5 million, is raising funds on SeedInvest. The company has developed a digital banking platform that enables employers to make everyday payday. The platform gives employees a digital bank account with earned wage access making 50% of the earned wages available between pay periods. Rellevate has signed contracts with 17 employers representing more than 12,000 employees and has signed a distribution and lead generation agreement with Blue Coast. Stewart Stockdale founded Rellevate in July 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for business development, client onboarding, account management, and product and technology.

 

Return Home

Return Home, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company offers an end-of-life service that transforms the human body into soil after death. The business uses a proprietary process called Terramation as an innovative and environmentally-positive alternative to traditional death care. Return Home opened its first Terramation facility in June 2021 and plans to expand worldwide. Micah Truman founded Return Home in February 2020. Daily Blends Co

Lil Mama’s has a following of more than 7,600 on Instagram and Facebook and has a loyal customer base. Tiffany Paulson-Banks founded Lil Mama’s in August 2020. Irrigreen

Irrigreen, with a valuation of $23 million, is raising funds on Dalmore Group. It is an on-demand marketplace that connects dental offices and practices with professionals seeking temporary or permanent, part-time or full-time work. The platform also empowers end-users to schedule on-demand work assignments. Cloud Dentistry has reported 153% average annual revenue growth since its launch in 2016 and reported more than 2,800 bookings per month in 2021. Roberto Tepichin III founded Cloud Dentistry in February 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1,070,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, sales, product, customer success, and operations.

 

Creci

Creci, with a valuation of $2 million, is raising funds independently through Regulation A crowdfunding. It is a financial technology company that aims to empower social impact small businesses across the country. It is building an online platform with online tools that allow social impact companies to identify, measure, and report their impact to attract funding. Creci won at the 2019 Innovate Finance Global Summit in London and was selected as one of the top three fintech startups in Village Capital’s Finance Forward Latin America 2020 Accelerator. Andres Idarraga and Pravin Rodrigues founded Creci in 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has no minimum target and a maximum target of $70,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for lending and general corporate purposes.

 

Elegance Brands

Elegance Brands is raising funds independently through Regulation A crowdfunding. It is a global beverage company with a focus on hemp and CBD-based energy drinks and premium and luxury spirits. The brands under Elegance Brands include Gorilla Hemp Energy Drink, VOCO RTD Cocktails, Sway Energy Drink, Bittertales Aromatic Bitters, and Elegance Vodka. Amit Raj Beri founded Elegance Brands in October 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has no minimum target and a maximum target of $50,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, consulting, travel, utilities, hiring quality control staff, product development, rent and warehousing, and working capital.

 

Miso Robotics

Miso Robotics, with a valuation of $500 million, is raising funds on Dalmore Group through Regulation A crowdfunding. The company has developed an AI-enabled robot, Flippy, that functions as a kitchen assistant. Flippy, the robotic chef, cooks food along with other chefs in commercial kitchens and makes the process more efficient and consistent. The company has also designed Flippy 2 Wings as the robotic chicken wing frying solution. Buck Jordan, Ryan Sinnet, Rob Anderson, and John Miller founded Miso Robotics in 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has no minimum target and a maximum target of $40,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for product development, personnel, debt repayment, and general overhead expenses.
