Learnie, with a valuation of $5.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company offers mobile on-demand community micro-learning to hone the critical thinking capability of learners. The app includes user-generated videos and private cohort-based knowledge sharing aimed at community engagement and cognitive breaks. Learnie has successfully sold the app to three customers and has won several awards since 2020. Pete Mastin founded Learnie in June 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, building the marketplace, and improving content creation.

 

MySureFit

MySureFit, with a valuation of $75 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed patented digital sizing technology that helps customers get virtual fitting through their phones. The technology enables users to turn their phones and computers into digital fitting rooms and see how online products would fit them. MySureFit has received validation from more than 225,000 users on its online portal, with more than 6,000 customers placing more than 13,000 orders. Christian Ruth founded MySureFit in May 2012. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,990.33 and a maximum target of $149,993.88. The campaign proceeds will be used for growth and expansion.

 

Stride Tech Medical

Stride Tech Medical, with a valuation of $8.02 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes smart walkers with an innovative walker attachment technology that prevents falls. The first product of Stride Tech Medical, StrideTech Go, is an innovative walker that monitors and corrects misuse to prevent injury. The company’s technology has been perfected after three years of research and testing and approved by the USPTO and PCT. George Douaire founded Stride Tech Medical in June 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,999.66 and a maximum target of $999,997.37. The campaign proceeds will be used to finalize database and app design and development and begin large pilot studies.

 

Noble Pies

Noble Pies is raising funds on Honeycomb. The pie bakery and farm in New York makes award-winning sweet and savory pies fresh every day. The pies are made using fresh, high quality, and locally sourced ingredients. Noble Pies is a locally-grown business with a loyal customer base. The business has been doing well and has grown its year-over-year revenue by 110%. Leslie and Tom Noble founded Noble Pies in 2009. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $158,150. The campaign proceeds will be used to open the third flagship store and purchase equipment to scale production.

 

Happioh

Happioh, with a valuation of $10.7 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is creating a platform to manage meetings, productivity, employee retention, and mental health in the workplace. The business offers personal support software as a service (PSSaaS) and reduces meeting fatigue and hybrid work-related burnout. Happioh has signed an LOI of $900,000 and has a pilot MRR of $50,000. Soulaima Gourani and Brian Prytz Frandsen founded Happioh in November 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,001 and a maximum target of $100,001. The campaign proceeds will be used for the development of more features and hiring.

 

Highclere Castle Gin

Highclere Castle Gin, with a valuation of $45 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes premium gin that combines prestige, history, heritage, fame, pedigree, and craft in one bottle. The gin of Highclere Castle Gin is a traditional London dry gin with no added sugar, flavorings, or artificial ingredients. The flavor of the gin contains citrus, floral, spice, and juniper notes. Highclere Castle Gin is available in more than 3,800 premium restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores and has reported 95% growth year-to-date. Adam Von Gootkin, Lord Carnarvon, and Lady Carnarvon founded Highclere Castle Gin in December 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $49,999 and a maximum target of $1,069,988. The campaign proceeds will be used for distribution support and expansion, marketing and advertising, and purchase of raw materials.

 

R3 Printing

R3 Printing, with a valuation of $35 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is bringing a custom 3D printer, R3 Printer, to the market. R3 Printer is a high-performance 3D printer that will help manufacturers make customized 3D-printed products at affordable prices. It also prints faster, is bigger, and doesn’t jam. R3 Printing is backed by Ocean Accelerator and is a recipient of federal grant funding from the United States Air Force. Petra Wood and Paul Sieradzki founded R3 Printing in 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $3,940,000. The campaign proceeds will be used to expand the team, tap into new revenue streams, finalize key components, and push new patents for approval.

 

Tazga

Tazga is raising funds on SMBX. It is a family-owned clothing brand that operates four stores in Southern California. The brand provides fashionable, unique, and high-quality clothes at an accessible price and empowers young women to look and feel their best. Tazga has a loyal customer base and plans to open its fifth location in Palm Beach, Florida, this summer. Alan Ahmatovic founded Tazga in June 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $75,000 and a maximum target of $250,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for refinancing debt and opening the new location.

 

WhiteClouds

WhiteClouds, with a valuation of $24 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company uses 3D technologies to fabricate a wide range of finished products. The new 3D technology solutions of WhiteClouds offer rapid prototyping, print-on-demand, strong and lightweight products, and flexible design. WhiteClouds has more than 3,600 customers and has generated $17 million in lifetime revenues. Jerry Ropelato founded WhiteClouds in January 2013. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, debt reduction, and general operations.

 

Ashley Black Experience

Ashley Black Experience, with a valuation of $50 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The mission-driven brand is backed by science to bring about life-changing transformations in health and beauty. The flagship product of Ashley Black Experience, the FasciaBlaster, elicits the body’s built-in mechanisms to restore fascia and eradicate cellulite. Ashley Black Experience has been profitable in six of the seven years since launch and has lifetime revenues of $120 million. Ashley Black founded Ashley Black Experience in May 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $5,000,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for inventory, marketing, project management, and working capital reserves.

 

Kiddie Kredit

Kiddie Kredit, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has launched an app to teach financial literacy to children in a fun and engaging way. The app will allow kids and their parents to use everyday chores as avenues to learn about credit and finance. It assigns Kredit scores to kids based on factors like timeliness of completion of chores and the number of chores completed. Ebony & Ivory Brewing

Ebony & Ivory Brewing is raising funds on Honeycomb. The brewing company is located in Knoxville, TN, and creates a diverse variety of craft beers. The company is paving a new way for craft beer and also plans to open up a taproom in Knoxville. Ebony & Ivory Brewing was one of the top 15 at the homebrewers competition in 2019 and was part of the “Black is Beautiful” initiative. Evren Technologies
