TracFlo

TracFlo, with a valuation cap of $6.5 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a financial management app for empowering contractors. The platform connects the field to the office and supports real-time documentation, including photos and videos. Khalid David and Jake Snyder founded TracFlo in February 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000, and the funds will be used to streamline the construction business from start to finish. TracFlo has existing customers, including Turner Construction Company, and is currently used on the third-largest construction project in New York City.

 

Pacific Integrated Energy

Pacific Integrated Energy, with a pre-money valuation of $87.9 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company deals in solar technology and is developing the next generation of solar photovoltaic materials. The solar nanofilms developed by Pacific Integrated Energy are thin and flexible and come with low installation costs. Phil Layton and David Andresen founded Pacific Integrated Energy in August 2010. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum raise of $10,000 and a maximum raise of $3,938,287, will be used to expand and create new markets. Pacific Integrated Energy is led by a great team of innovation, technology, and industry experts. The business aims to revolutionize the solar technology industry and help grow clean energy.

 

JK Williams Distilling

JK Williams Distilling, a distillery in Peoria, IL, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The company makes exclusive craft whiskey using high-quality grains, and top-notch craftsmanship passed down four generations of JK Williams. Andrew Faris founded JK Williams Distilling in 2012. The current round of crowdfunding of the company has a minimum raise of $12,500 and a maximum raise of $50,000. The funds will be used towards the website, marketing, rebranding, retail inventory for the tasting room, and bottling of existing inventory. JK Williams Distilling plans to relocate its retail location to a new space and build out a tasting room.

 

Leap Club

Leap Club, with a $10 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company sources organic and healthy food from verified organic farms and delivers it to customers within 12 hours of harvesting. The products are tested for pesticide content and preservatives and can be ordered through WhatsApp or Web. Shubham Bansal and Divish Gupta in December 2020. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $125,000, will be used for customer acquisition, building a network of vendors, and hiring engineers and an operations team. Leap Club has reported a 10% week-over-week growth since January 2021, with 1,000 active monthly users in April 2021.

 

Roboligent

Roboligent, with a pre-money valuation of $28.8 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company makes next-gen intelligent robots that automate mundane and manual tasks in areas such as clinics and logistics. The robots are based on patent-pending force-control technology and are integrated with AI. Bongsu Kim founded Roboligent in May 2016. The current crowdfunding raise has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $3,499,993, and the funds will be used towards the advancement of a new robotic automation era. Roboligent is vetted by National Science Foundation and has already established commercial collaborations for robot supply, with the first unit shipped.

 

Skunk Brothers Spirits

Skunk Brothers Spirits, with a pre-money valuation of $12.1 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The business makes high-quality grain-glass spirits and specializes in Peated Bourbon, CornWhiskey Moonshine, and Crowd Favourite Cinnamon Moonshine. Scott Donoho founded Skunk Brothers Spirits in May 2013. The bakery also makes vegetable pies and sweet pies. Justin Barrett and Josh Brown founded Piecemeal Pies in 2016. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $50,000, and the funds will be used to build a second location and procure high-quality meat pies and hard cider. Piecemeal Pies uses organic and seasonal ingredients for its pies and is highly committed to quality. The new shop will be based at an excellent location in a red-carriage barn on the green.

 

Detonation Space

Detonation Space, with a valuation cap of $15 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company is developing rotating detonation engines that are thermodynamically more efficient than conventional engines. The Detonation Space engines will be able to provide longer flight times to drones, more passenger accommodation to planes, and more carrying capacity to rockets. Umit Yelken founded Detonation Space in October 2020. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum goal of $10,000 and a maximum goal of $1,070,000, and the proceeds will be used to establish a test facility and grow. Detonation Space aims to unlock global mobility with its engine suitable for hypersonic jets. The technology will help to increase the efficiency of aerospace vehicles and decrease the cost per kilogram of payload.

 

Univoice

Univoice, with a pre-money valuation of $5.01 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The mobile app teaches a variety of languages through music and singing. Univoice teaches a language as it is spoken in the real world, including informal words and slang speech. The users select the language and genre of singing, start singing along, and receive feedback on pronunciation of words. Sami Halabi founded Univoice in September 2018. The current round of crowdfunding has a minimum goal of $50,000 and a maximum goal of $250,000. The funds will be used for marketing and advertising, hiring, and operations. Univoice is rated 4.6 on Apple Store and 4.7 on Play Store and has been awarded the Top 50 Tech Innovators & Influencers award at InterCon 2020.

 

Boaz Bikes

Boaz Bikes, with a valuation cap of $40 million, is raising crowdfunding on Wefunder. It is an electric scooter-sharing company focused on safety. The scooters have a state-of-the-art design and come with batteries that can be swapped out in less than a minute compared to taking scooters home to charge. Emil I NNANI and Cory Smith founded Boaz Bike in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $125,000 and a maximum raise of $1,070,000. The funds will be used for the purchase of 1,000 more bikes, expansion into five cities, insurance, marketing, and paying for and shipping back 300 additional bikes. Boaz Bike has reported zero accidents in more than 20,000 trips and has three city permits. The company currently has three city permits and plans to operate in more than 10 cities by the end of 2021.

 

Pickzen

Pickzen, with a valuation cap of $8.33 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed a no-code platform to make the life of developers easier. The platform can create any type of experience in a short duration and empowers developers. Brendan Medeiros founded Pickzen in October 2019. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding campaign, with a minimum raise of $25,000 and a maximum raise of $750,000, will be used to support platform expansion and product development. Pickzen has been incubated by Google for Startups and backed by the former CEO of BBVA. The platform has millions of engaged users and has featured D2C clients, including Hungry Bark, Nuun, and Jane Iredale.

 

Kizin Lakay

Kizin Lakay, an upcoming Caribbean restaurant in Brooklyn, NY, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The eatery plans to source ingredients from local East Coast vendors and use them to put a healthy twist on traditional Caribbean dishes. The target market of Kizin Lakay is millennials open to trying new foods. Carline Simeon founded Kizin Lakay in May 2021. The proceeds of the current crowdfunding round, with a minimum goal of $100,000 and a maximum goal of $107,000, will be used towards opening the new location, startup expenses, rent deposit, key money, and working capital. Kizin Lakay aims to provide healthy dishes with a fast turnaround and high service efficiency.

 

Black Crab Fam

Black Crab Fam, food business in Ohio, is raising crowdfunding on Honeycomb. The business makes crab meals and sells them to its customers with love at the heart of the transactions. The business gives people the space to feel they are not being sold on everything. Jermil Martin founded Black Crab Fam in April 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $60,000. The raise proceeds will target rent, inventory, rebranding and marketing, and equipment purchase. Black Crab Fam has approximately 100 customers per day and generates nearly $500,000 in annual revenue.

 

Ichor

Ichor, with a pre-money valuation of $83.9 million, is raising crowdfunding on StartEngine. The company has developed injectors to drive up diesel fuel economy to 30% and decrease emissions by 90%. Ichor’s RKI, a diesel fuel injector, has the potential to combat climate change and reduce emissions by reducing both Particulate Matter and NOx emissions. Trevor Bates founded Ichor in 2018. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $9,997.44 and a maximum target of $4,999,989.36. The funds will be used for social media marketing, payroll taxes and benefits, office expenses, hardware engineering, software engineering, and license fees. Ichor is a Geneva award winner and has patents filed in more than 25 countries.

 

Arterial Coffee

Arterial Coffee, an upcoming coffee shop in Philadelphia, PA, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. The coffee shop will be located in a 1,664 square feet space with panoramic views and extensive natural lighting. Sharaine Brown and Sharla Brown founded Arterial Coffee in 2019. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $50,000. The raise proceeds will be used towards space buildout, equipment purchases, and operating capital. Arterial Coffee will serve delectable coffee from its beautiful location. Serene Drops, a manufacturer of disinfectant products in Comstock Park, MI, is raising crowdfunding on MainVest. 44 East

44 East, a new residential condominium in Austin, is raising crowdfunding on Republic. It is a 49-story 322-unit condominium at a unique location with breathtaking views. The condo is exquisitely designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and boasts of a neighboring park, water, and urban settings. 44 East is led by Janine Yorio and Jesse Stein and will be owned by Compound Projects. The proceeds of the current round of crowdfunding, with a minimum target of $32,250 and a maximum target of $443,715, will be used for the acquisition of the property. 44 East is located at an excellent location where home values have appreciated by 63.8% over the past ten years. The acquisition is expected to close in the fall of 2021, and the apartment will be leased post-acquisition.

 

Ola Filter

Ola Filter, with a $5 million valuation cap, is raising funds on Raise Green. The social business has designed a patent-pending and affordable water filter  to end water poverty in developing countries. The design can be easily tooled, produced, and scaled and will help consumers save a lot of money on their water purchases. Elizabeth Clandos and Monika Goforth founded Ola Filter in March 2021. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum raise of $15,000 and a maximum raise of $250,000. The raise proceeds will target the design, manufacture, and distribution of the filter. Ola Filter plans to begin production in the summer of 2021 and enter the Central American market in the fall of 2021. Zalmi Duchman founded Home Bistro in 2009. The current crowdfunding round has a minimum target of $16,500,000 and a maximum target of $30,500,000, and the funds will be used towards working capital and general corporate purposes. Home Bistro has partnered with celebrity chefs, including Cat Cora, Roble Ali, and Daina Falk.
